Who We Are

Andy is a results-driven professional with several years' practical experience in the Banking sector focusing mainly on Credit Analysis and Portfolio Management.

Andy spent over 10 years with the National Investment Bank Limited, becoming a Team Leader of the Bank’s Business and Commerce Desk. Due to the passion he has for the development of small businesses, Andy through his credit analysis has supported the growth of several start-ups in the manufacturing and services sectors and also managed the business accounts of key corporate institutions in the country.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Cape Coast and a Commonwealth Executive MBA from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. In addition, he has received training on Investment Appraisal and Risk Analysis organized by the John Deutsch International Programmes, Queens University - Ontario, Canada. He is also a certified Credit Administrator with significant knowledge in the use of financial models for the purpose of assessing the financial viability of projects.

Handling Operations, is a driven people’s person with years of experience in relationship management. Nancy has had over seven years of training and experience in credit administration working with Amanano Rural Bank Ltd. Her vast knowledge in credit, portfolio management and relationship banking come in handy as she steers clients of EN.AR Limited through the strategic planning, compliance, monitoring and evaluation and project management targets.

An entrepreneur herself, Nancy appreciates the intricacies of nurturing businesses from introduction to growth and ably lends that experience to her present role as the Operations Manager of EN.AR Limited. Her motivation for joining EN.AR Limited is the opportunity to transform ideas into thriving businesses and to be part of the team that gets indigenous and evolutionary start-ups and SMEs beyond the borders of Ghana.

Nancy has a Bachelor of Education degree in Management, from the University of Education, Winneba, an MBA in Human Resources Management and an MPhil in Management and Human Resources Strategy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Nancy believes “an innovation has no value until an entrepreneur turns that innovation into a product or service that customers want to buy” and is therefore passionate about her work and inspired by EN.AR Limited’s vision to support start-ups create value, survive, thrive and meet needs.
